           About Us:

• DriveOn is only a platform to hire drivers on a trip or monthly basis. In no way shall DriveOn be responsible for any loss of life and property incurred to the customer or driver during the trip.
• DriveOn has the authority to cancel/ delay/ postpone any booking without prior information to its customer/ driver depending upon known/ unknown factors.
• Offering booking to drivers without informing DriveOn is against the ethics of the organization. If found of such misconduct, customer shall not be allowed to book any service through DriveOn in future.
• DriveOn is an equal opportunity booking platform. Any kind of insistence/ request by a user/ customer for a driver belonging to a specific caste/religion/race or any other discriminating factor is strictly not entertained. DriveOn reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all such bookings and will not offer service to such users. His/her id/mobile no/email shall be blacklisted as per rule.

           Fare:

• Base fare charges are pre-decided and based upon various factors. No negotiation shall be entertained before, during and after the ride. 
• Fare may change if the route/destination changes.

           Local Travel:

• If trip duration is more than 6 hours, additional charge of Rs.100 will be applied, i.e., 1 meal cost of driver.
• Flat Rs.100/hour additional after 10 pm.

           Outstation Travel:

• Fare may change if the route/destination changes.
• Food and accommodation of driver is on customer. If both unavailable/not provided by the customer, additional charge of Rs.500 - Rs.700 per day will be applied. 
• In case of extended stay, additional charges starting from Rs.799 per day.
• Our 24 hours is calculated from 12 am - 12 am, i.e., after 12 am, next day fare is added.
• Return fare is applicable for One way trips.
• If the trip ends before the specified/ actual booking days, no quoted offers/ discount shall be applied and original fares shall be restored.
• No Post-paid payment entertained. 

          Cancellation Policy:

• DriveOn service charges are non-refundable.
• If the ride is cancelled for any reason what-so-ever, including cases of voluntary cancellation by the Users, the cancellation charges as mentioned in the quotation will apply. In the absence of any such information, the following cancellation charges will apply:

             Local Travel:

• 1 hour before ride only cancellation charge will be applied.
• 30 minutes to 1 hour cancellation charge + 30% booking amount will be applied.
• Driver on spot cancellation, 100% booking amount will be applied.

             Outstation Travels:

• 1 Day before trip only cancellation charge will be applied.
• 1 hour before ride cancellation charge + 30% of booking amount will be applied.
• 30 minutes to 1 hour cancellation charge + 50% booking amount will be applied.
• Driver on spot cancellation, 100% booking amount will be applied.

             Urgent Bookings:

• In case of urgent booking, 100% booking amount will count as cancellation fee.
